What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM. The key and information about the apartment will be ready for you on the table in the hall. Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.

Will someone be waiting for us at the reception?

No, the apartments do not have a receptionist, but cameras keep a close eye on who enters and leaves. You can contact the reception at the Nova Hotel directly by telephone, and they will answer any questions and provide assistance.

Are the apartments located near Amsterdam’s business centres?

Yes, the Zuidas business centre, the WTC and the RAI Convention Centre can be reached by car or public transport within a few minutes. Connections to other business centres, such as Teleport, Sloten and Zuidoost, are also very good.

Yes, there is free internet via WIFI or cable in all our apartments and studios.

What is the difference between a studio and an apartment?

The studio is smaller: the sleeping and living space are in the same room. The apartment has a separate living and sleeping area. Apart from that, the studios and apartments are the same.

The penthouse is suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment is suitable for up to 2 people.

Is there a supermarket nearby?

Each apartment has a complete kitchen equipped with all the necessities, and there is a large supermarket (Albert Heijn) around the corner on the Museumplein. It is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.
